Please do not forget the office in Riverside at Brockton Ave. After my treatment I visit many doctors' offices regularly but here I come with the greatest pleasure. Very nice and competent staff. Thank you for the smile and all the help. Thank you Adriana and the rest of the crew.

Went to Suite 1400 to get blood drawn. They have kiosks to use to check in, with an employee to assist you. It was crowded as usual when I arrived at 7:21 a.m. They called me in 35 minutes later. The Venipuncturist was fast, friendly, and professional.

The appointment check-in time is confusing. If you echeck, you are still required to be there 10 minutes prior to appointment , or, your appointment will be rescheduled. I am always early for my appointments, but I still waited 20 to one hour in the waiting area. Today, I decided to come in on time, but the check-in line was long and I was 5 minutes late. The mammogram staff would not let me in. I asked to speak with the supervisor
, and was told the supervisor would call me now. I stepped outside and the "supervisor " called, and it turned out to be the same person I spoke to at the Mammogram counter.

The only reason to leave a star is because of the front desk people helping me reschedule after the physician cancels my appointment last minute. My first experience with Dr. Bridgett Xantee Quinonez I had to wait 5 hours to see her for a first appointment. The second experience she canceled my appointment and had to reschedule. Then my rescheduled appointment at 8am 2 weeks after my first canceled appointment she canceled it last minute after I had payed and checked in. The front desk girls found me an appointment this same day at 10am so I waited because I had no other choice. When Dr. Bridgett Xantee Quinonez walked in she says “oh you waited” then did my procedure. Today I drove out to my appointment what happens she cancels again with no notification even had me confirm the night before. Dr. Bridgett Xantee Quinonez is one of the most unprofessional doctors I have ever experienced. Would not recommend her at all. During my procedure I even told her I need to take a small break because I felt light headed she did not listen and just continues not acknowledging my concerns. I am so disappointed in this doctor.

So, I came in there to get lab work for my son who has really bad ibs and not only was Alfonso mean and unprofessional but the manager was suggesting I go to quest. I never have bad experiences with Loma linda but the labs department there was awfull he was even rude to the insurance representative. I guess care does not matter to them🤷‍♀️
