This has been my pharmacy for years, and I have always been very pleased with their prompt service and the ease of refills. The reason for the 4 stars is that lately, the automated phone orders have started to fail. This is the second time in a month that a home delivery refill has not worked. The first one simply never went through, and the second was inexplicably sent to a CVS pharmacy instead of the home address in my profile. On a third occasion, I never received the automated notification call. Aside from the issues with phone orders, the staff is very friendly, helpful, and professional.

It's a little difficult to find at first, but it's ideal if you're going in for a check up and are able to pick up a new prescription or refill a prescription from Loma Linda. Hours are limited but the staff is very helpful and usually stocked with what you need. They also have common over the counter items located inside as well like aspirin, cough medicine, band aids and other general items you may need. Only open Mon-Thurs (9:00 -5:30, and closes early on Friday at 9:00 - 4:00) located on the 1st floor, corner of building.

The Staff here is absolutely amazing! They all are very kind, considerate and caring. The pharmacist inform you in detail the information that you need to know. I especially like pharmacist Moore. Her charisma and personality it’s a wonderful bright light. I’ve transferred all my prescriptions for my family to this pharmacy.
