Worst place I'll ever go for health services. My children and I went in for travel shots because I was told they do walk-ins on Wednesdays and I would only have to pay a co pay.
When I arrived, I told her I was there for travel shots. She asked me if I was a student there. Which I'm not. I asked if she took insurance and she just told me that the prices for each injection was on the last page of the papers I have to sign. After waiting for 3-4 hrs. ( Which I believe they saw all the students who needed a TB shot first) fast and easy I guess. We finally went in and I asked the doctor if they would accept insurance!!! The doctor didn't know said she'll ask. The nurse came in and tells me I would have to check with the front desk! Then administers my 1st child her shot. ( Which by the way is not required for where I'm traveling) just an immunization that my child needed. After they finished they charged me a total of $600 for 4 shots and a doctor's fee. Cash by the way. They finally said it, after everything was done. They said, " oh we only accept cash!" Unless you're a student apparently.
I made a couple mistakes myself.
One, I trusted the one who referred me to this place. Thinking he knew what he was saying.
Two, I should have said No to the injection, not until I know if they accept insurance!
Three, I should have just went to urgent care...
What if I didn't have the money...my heart dropped when they showed me how much.
And even showing me the prices of the injection, how would I know which shots we would need for where we're going? It is just set up to rob you blind. Never again! Lesson learned. Thanks Loma Linda Uni.

I have visited here for the International Travel Clinic twice. Both times I have experienced short wait times, caring consultation from an M.D., a nurse who administered my vaccine promptly, and helpful front desk staff. The yellow fever vaccine was less expensive here than anywhere else in Southern California that I found (still not cheap, though). It was a high-quality experience. I just wish there were closer parking. I had to park on the street in a one-hour parking zone a ways away (good for me that the time of my visit was just slightly more than an hour).

Waited 2 1/2 hours just for a vaccine shot. The time to administer the shot : A mere three minutes .

The font office help are very rude. They are off put by any questions you ask. There should be a manager who listens to how they talk to patients.
