The Dr prescribed my mother narcan due to pain medication she had to take. When I picked up her medication post surgery the technician failed to tell me they didn't have the medication in stock. If I hadn't brought the absence of the medication up to the technician she was not going to bring it to my attention.

Meridian Pharmacy has been great to me. Superb service and friendly staff. I live in Big Bear but still think their service is tops and worth the drive down to Loma Linda. The Walgreen's here in Big Bear stinks in comparison to Meridian Pharmacy!

The only reason I go here is because RISK co-pays are cheaper. They are generally not very quick to fill an RX. I came in once to pick up my daughters RX only to find out they didn't have it in stock. It would have been nice to receive a call.

Every single time I call they put me directly on hold without saying anything over and over again and then I sit on hold for 10 min they never answer and then I call back and same thing happens. They do not like to answer their phones, very inconvenient
