Thank you so much SHADDY for making my day today! Shaddy helped me trough my prescriptions transfer, creating a new account with Loblaw pharmacy, explaining my meds to me, going through my allergies, vaccination records/needs, etc… and refilled my prescriptions in such a short time. Shaddy your efficiency, prompt response, knowledge and customer care is beyond and above. Thank you so much!
Btw I’ve been Loblaw pharmacy within last 5 years and I haven’t found a better pharmacy in Canada!

I called to have my prescriptions transferred to another location as the bayview location is far. The person I spoke to told me to notify my doctor next time as it’s double work for her to have my prescriptions transferred. Comment uncalled for, poor customer service.

Incredibly disappointed with the service at this pharmacy. Despite having a pre-booked appointment for an injection and already having my prescription, I had to wait for an hour!! The staff was exceptionally slow

I had a terrible experience with this pharmacy. They said they were accepting walk-in flu shot patients online. We completed all our registration forms but were told upon arrival they would not see us due to the volume of appointments they had. The pharmacy was empty the entire time we were there, which was about 20 minutes. A complete waste of our time.

This pharmacy used to be able to refill prescriptions in just 1 or 2 business days, but now even when putting in refill requests 2-3 weeks ahead of time there’s still been more than one occasion that they haven’t been ready and I’ve completely run out of my medications as a result.

I've never had any problem like the ones referred to in one star reviews. I think the people are confusing the Pharmacy with the walk-in clinic. Those poor reviews should be taken down they are not for the Pharmacy.

My experiences have always been very good. Generally about 15 minutes to wait for a prescription and they take time explaining it if it's a new medication.

Any mention of "doctor" is not related to the Pharmacy

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. They had a student fill my prescription, they ended up putting the wrong order and also looked super confused when they were giving my prescription. HORRIBLE PLACE!!! Get ACTUAL pharmacist to fill customer's prescription or else you'll run into serious lawsuit for errors
