Dr Alexa is a Ninja!! No really! I have been in pain most of my life due to car accidents when I was a child. I have seen several good chiropractors over the course of my life. Dr Alexa is different! After two serious bouts with bells palsy I watch my stress and wellness level continuously. Dr. Alexa with LIV Chiropractic has kept me aligned and walking throughout the past year. Due to quarantine working from home, long hours, and waaaay too much sitting for zoom calls my body hurt! I've been a patient for upper cervical before, had great results, even knew some prevention and still had issues. Dr. Alexa recommended a full wellness plan of daily yoga, regular massage, along with her care. It worked! Her adjustments are gentle and I can see my favorite massage therapist right in her office. If you need a wellness plan that works not just for now but long term give her a call.

Update: Today 11/29/23 I sent a message to Dr. Alexa asking if she could read me my MRI results. Within minutes she called me to explain what it all meant. I now have peace of mind and she gave me PT exercises. In case you're wondering my MRI showed a minor disc bulge, arthritis, and reversal spine curve. I'm only 35 years old and I don't know what I would do without Dr. Alexa and chiropractic care.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Alexa! I have been under her care for years, and my quality of life is so much better because of it. I used to get chronic migraines, like, think sick two weeks a month. Dr. Alexa set me on a schedule in the beginning, and now I only see her when I feel off. I get to live the life I want to because she has helped me manage my migraines, which I maybe have a bad day every 3-4 months now. The adjustments can be uncomfortable, but only for a moment, and then I love my naps in the resting room. For anyone who has had scary neck adjustments elsewhere, this is nothing like it! In fact, I had such traumatic adjustments before, I was less afraid of my migraines than going to a full body chiro. Dr. Alexa takes the time to show you how it all works, and prioritizes your comfort. The whole appointment is the best self care I do for myself on the reg.
Two of my children are also patients of hers. One saw her for migraines - he too would normally be sick from them. He now only gets adjustments about every 4 months, if that! My oldest was getting stomach migraines in the beginning of Covid, and with Dr. Alexas help, we eliminated numerous possibilities. It took over a year to fully figure it out, but he was vitamin D insufficient. Throughout all of the doctor appointments and every thing his pediatrician tried, adjustments with Dr Alexa are honestly what kept him comfortable throughout that time. He too is only getting adjusted once in a while now.

I was rear-ended in an auto accident several years ago and with ongoing pain, my neck had never been the same since. When I first came to see Dr. Alexa, I had been to 2 other chiropractors trying to find relief, but it was always temporary. Based on a friend's urging,I decided to try Dr. Alexa because of how highly they spoke of her. Thankfully, I took their advice.

From the first visit, Dr. Alexa explained her techniques and how my treatment would proceed, which I appreciated because no other chiropractor had been as thorough. But the real difference was apparent after my very first treatment. I distinctly remember the surprise and happiness I felt when I left her office, went to my car, and turned to look as I backed out of my parking space. Instead of turning my torso from the waist up in order to look back, I was able to turn my neck a bit too. That had been unheard of since my accident!

Over the course of several additional treatments, my neck continued to improve and I have been pain-free ever since.

Dr. Alexa gave me back a quality of life that I had been missing for quite some time. If you have any type of neck or back pain, I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is exceptional.
