I don’t know what happened to the regular workers there. Use to be a very friendly and helpful environment. These last couple times, I’ve mostly interacted with the shorter haired girl and did not get very good vibes when asking questions or for help. Additionally, if someone acts like they cannot hear what you are saying, such as repeatedly asking “what?” everytime you speak, that means you should speak louder. Bring the other cashiers back please!

manager is nice, workers are horrible. cashier charged me double for a single item , and she was so angry and rude to do a refund. she was literally throwing my items. she's just an immature teenager, it's understandable. I wish the position paid more so adults can work it.

Lassens has a a good selection of supplements, an decent selection of produce, but only hit & miss for dairy & non-dairy options, like NO buttermilk at all, yet carries the “Oatley” line, which is totally unhealthy. Also, they are closed on Sunday, which is a total bummer. Since they are the only real health food store in Santa Maria, and many folks work during the week & NEED to do their shopping on weekends, a fair amount of their business volume (me included) just heads north to SLO to get what they need.

I’ve personally been to “different” vitamin and health stores which I won’t mention the name of, but needless to say didn’t have as pleasant of an experience. Lassens is a classic staple in Santa Maria and has been around as long as I can remember. The deli has amazing fresh and delicious food and the associates on the sales floor are so helpful and friendly, I always have a good experience here even if I’m not shopping for anything in particular because I know and feel assured if I have questions about anything the associates will be right around the corner ready to help me out which I value greatly. So if you’re looking for healthy DELICIOUS food or quality products with happier ingredients look no further, I promise you will not be disappointed :]

Customer service was very poor from multiple employees for the past few times I shopped there. Good quality products just very high pricing. Be prepared to put a dent in your bank account if you plan shopping at Lassens.

My favorite organic and vegan menu to eat in Santa Maria! And there is always a line at the deli! I love Lassen's and they are always so friendly great customer service and all their vegetables are organic! You can't find that anywhere else around here! Trader Joe's has many non-organic vegetables, yes Lassen's is the only all organic vegetables! Love it here!

They did not have anything I needed, and when I order something, I never get a call back ever to pick up the things I ordered . Santa Maria needs a way better and bigger health food/Vitamins store. This Lessens is way to small. They don't even sell Bach Flowers, or Vitamin K2 which I need badly because I am a bleeder. They have very little shampoos, soaps, Their vitamin line is very low, I will never go back again!
