Where do I begin? I was approached by Jaime as she checked me in. She led me to a private room where I truly felt like I was chatting with a close gf. She was beyond knowledgeable, understanding, and made me feel like a priority. Listen, these ladies are busy, I mean BUSY! Between scheduling, checking clients in, a lot of their time and energy goes into taking their time to make their clients feel heard. Who goes to get this level of skin care, spends hundreds and thousands of dollars, who doesn’t take their skin care serious? These ladies spend that time making sure you understand the process. That kind of dedicated time doesn’t have a specific limit, and for them to be able to juggle their appointments in a timely matter takes a special kind of expertise in customer service. Of course, consistency is key, and I plan on visiting this Los Gatos location only. In my situation, I felt like the only client there that day, and I can tell you, I know they were booked! Jaime, Amy, Michelle, you have perfected your craft, and you deserve to be recognized! Thank you for everything!

I have been a client at this location for several years and her attention to detail is unparalleled.

Nurse Katie at Laser Away was absolutely amazing for my Botox! (Well Xeomin). It’s been a long time since I’ve gotten work done, and was very nervous at first, but she made me so comfortable and was very calming throughout the whole process!

She had more recommendations based on my facial anatomy and was able to customize the amount of units for my desired look, giving me an option to be involved with the process by asking questions such as, “how frozen would you like to be? Would you like to be completely frozen with no movement at all, or do you want to keep some movement, and how much…?” etc.

I highly recommend Laser Away, specifically Nurse Katie, who made my experience so easy, especially if you have fear of needles like I do! I’ll definitely be coming back when I’m ready for my touch up 🙂

Let me start off with mentioning their great staff, over the phone, in person and vial email/text! They work wonders and the laser hair removal is very painless! I went in feeling fearful but wow! It was amazing! 100/10!
