Terrible Experience, a Mis-Managed office, to say the least! Had Appt. for 9:45 today, wasn't seen till 10:30. Just Routine Bloodwork, but looks like they OverBook this Appts. and was told my Technician they do that on purpose! There are 3 Labcorps. This one is for 3440 Lomita Blvd. Suite 136..

When my appointment in Rolling Hills was cancelled I walked in to Labcorp at 3440 Lomita Bl. I got my blood test promptly.
Ila Marie & Amy were very efficient and courteous. A very pleasant experience, thank you.

I have been to a few locations, and this one has been by far the best. Everything inside was clean and the employees were all nice and helpful. I have always made appointments to all the other locations and, even with an appointment, have had to wait 10 min to an hour. I must have walked in at the perfect time because no waiting, 8 blood samples later I was out the door without any bruises!! Will definitely be coming here in the future.

Giving 3 stars only because the young lady that drew my blood was very nice. The are absolutely garbage at answering their phone, which makes no sense because the women in front are just sitting there doing nothing, people have to register themselves via kiosk. They pick up and hang up on people, I’ve tried calling several times at this location and others with zero response and same situation of pick and hang up. You can’t even call to ask a question cause they don’t answer so you will have to drive there to get any information. Front staff is no good from what I’ve seen, the girls in back always nice and quick.

When I walked in, there was no line, I was thrilled.
I was asked to check in on a tablet. For me that was fine, The staff needed to help elderly, not tech savvy people with check in. I think a staff person doing check in for them would actually be more time efficient.
After check-in, I waited, and waited and.... you get it...
45 min till I was out the door.
For an office that was empty while arriving, that's not good.
Staff were very professional and courteous. No issue there.
