BEST PHARMACY EVER

Picking up prescriptions is seriously the most mundane and boring task ever but I love coming to Kyoto Pharmacy! The staff is ridiculously nice and they go above and beyond. They are very accommodating if you need to pick up your prescription after hours or if you need to transfer your prescription to another pharmacy. And they are patient in explaining the medication they are giving you.

I love this pharmacy so much that my insurance emailed me offering mail order prescriptions and I refuse because I just have such a pleasant experience going to Kyoto Pharmacy and I want to continue supporting them.

I thought it was extremely suspicious of the security to tell me not to go upstairs to my doctors appointment without buying a mask from here. I almost cancelled because I didn’t have the $$$ on me. Feels shady that they have security on their back pocket.

Sometimes you go places just for the stellar customer service. Everyone at Kyoto Pharmacy is so friendly and helpful.. They make sure you understand their medications. But what I am particularly impressed with is how they extend their kindness and knowledge to everyone. The are incredibly patient with the slew of elderly Little Tokyo residents. I changed jobs and am no longer located down there, but it is worth the drive to continue to support them. A+++
