This is a new doctor that I went to and will never go back. I setup a call over the phone for my follow up appointment. For some reason they scheduled me for an in person appointment as an error. I called back on 5/31/23 at 9:12am. The lady who answered was really rude and talked over me along with telling me I’m wrong about the appointment I scheduled with the doctor that was supposed to be a phone call but instead it was an in person that was scheduled an error. Why would I choose a in person for a follow up if provided the option for over the phone Furthermore, they haven’t called me back to setup a new appointment like they said they would since they scheduled it wrong. I’ll be taking my services elsewhere. Im not your family member who you can have an argument with, I’m your patient. Own your mistakes when it come to scheduling and learn how to talk to people!! Definitely would not recommend your service due to your lack of customer service and people skills. I can now understand why your office(s) have low reviews. After doing research all you’ll find is staff is RUDE, and hard to make an appointment. Both are facts. Save your money and go to a reputable doctor that cares about their patients and has a good, honest working staff and knows how to talk to people.

And don’t waste your time on them especially if you need a specialist. They’ll say they’ll find you someone but you never hear back from them. Probably an inside family job to get more money out of you.
