Avoid This Clinic – Complete Waste of Time and Money
I recently drove three hours to a Ketamine Clinic in Northwest Arkansas for what I thought would be a professional consultation, but it was a total waste of time and money. After paying $150, I only got five minutes with a doctor who seemed unprofessional and twitchy, almost like a doctor wannabe. The consultation was so brief and uninformative that it felt like a joke.
The real issue came at the end when I discovered that they hadn’t communicated that the treatment process is prolonged and requires bi-weekly sessions, twice a week—something that means more long drives and even more time out of my schedule. When I brought this up with the owner, she brushed it off, telling me I should have just looked it up on their website. There was no responsibility taken for the lack of communication from their end.
In the end, I lost six hours of my day and $150 for nothing. Don’t go here unless you’re prepared to deal with poor communication, dismissive staff, and wasted time.

I have just started my treatments but let me just say, the environment, the staff- starting with Shea at the front, Chelsi, and all those involved in the process… incredible experience.
They have EVERYTHING you could possibly need and then some. I’ve never felt more cared for in a clinic setting. Not only am I seeing results, I’m not dreading my next appointment. The bedside is next level and I’m stoked to continue treatments. This is truly an investment in YOU and they help every step of the way. Thanks so much to everyone there!
Edited to add:
I have now completed my 8 treatments and when I say this treatment and staff saved my life, I don’t mean it lightly.
The staff is phenomenal, they make sure you’re comfortable and safe. Never once was I worried or having a bad experience.
If you’re on the fence, I strongly urge you to take the plunge- they care about you and want to see you happy.
With that said YOU HAVE TO COMMUNICATE to them, tell them about your experiences, give them details- I promise they will listen, but more than that, giving feedback only furthers your treatment. It allows them to up the dose if needed or stay the course. No two treatments are alike, and no two brains are alike so just because it worked one way for one person, doesn’t mean it will work the same for you.
I’ve been through so, so, so, much these past few years and after my treatments, I finally feel like I can breathe again. I no longer feel like an exposed nerve, I feel like all the big things are no longer big, life is short and worth it. It’s truly removed my ego and allowed me to figure out life. It’s not a fix all, and it’s not overnight. It’s a process and you have to trust it and see it the whole way through.
This is an investment in yourself- take the jump and reset your brain.
Everyone deserves to be happy.
Everyone deserves to feel alive.
This entire crew helps you meet and exceed those goals. I can not recommend them enough.
Good luck on your journey. ?

After many weeks of a serious illness, a friend recommended getting an infusion here. I was reluctant, but glad I ended up going. Bryn was super friendly and helped me choose which products would be best for my situation. She made sure I was comfortable during my infusion and checked in with me over the course of treatment. Looked like a lot of repeat customers while I was there, too. Don't continue to suffer! Going here could change the course of your illness.

In October of 2022 the stress of 35+ years of what was diagnosed as "chronic sleep disorder", social anxiety and recent near-death experience with a tumor and cancer in my skull, brought me to a point where I found myself at my family doctors office exhausted and in tears. After we talked for a while, my first Ketamine Appointment was made.
The ketamine infusions were life-changing for me. I thought PTSD was for military personnel, and if you had it, you knew why you had it. Boy was I wrong. The ketamine treatments let me know what my sub-conscious had hidden from me without me having to re-live it. Once I learned what happened, it made sense why I was scared to go to sleep and associate with people in general.
I remember waking up at home after my 3rd session, crying, because for the first time in 30+ years I wasn't afraid to go to sleep. Three days after my 3rd session, I actually talked to this girl in Lowes about her hair. She braided green rope into her hair. It looked like her real hair, just green, and down past her shoulders. She was really nice and was so happy that I told her how much I liked her hair because she spent a lot of time working on it. I took a few steps past her and stopped for a minute, wondering what had just happened. I have always had things to say to people, but until now, I never did. Now, every day I talk to new people and love it.
After my 6th session I woke up with the following overwhelming thought: "I saw myself and I didn't look away, I AM ALIVE!" - This meant a lot because I haven't been able to look at myself in a mirror, photo or a video camera for a long time, because I didn't know who that person was. Now, I recognize myself.
Yes, I still have to work on this PTSD thing every day, but now I have the tools to work with. Everyone at the Ketamine and IV Therapy Clinic of NWA is awesome. They listen to you and do their best to make you comfortable. If the Ketamine makes you nauseous, don't be afraid, just let them know and they will help with that. I always feel safe when I am there and that is very important. This place has really changed my life for the better! I am Alive!

I’ve been coming here over the last year for ketamine infusion therapy. I cannot express in words how valuable an experience this has been for my mental health and life in it’s entirety. The only downside is that it is a very expensive treatment and they’re unable to accept insurance. I do however believe that it’s worth every penny and I highly recommend ketamine treatment to anyone who is suffering from medication resistant depression, PTSD, suicidal ideation or severe anxiety and substance abuse disorders. The staff are always very friendly and supportive and I’ve only ever had positive interactions with everyone on site . I wish everyone could experience the relief and benefits that I’ve received from my treatments and the team here . I’m extremely grateful for how they’ve helped me. Thank you . ?

I have an underlined medical condition and I find myself always in the hospital for 4-5days. When I meet Mrs Shea she told me about this clinic. About 2 weeks pass and I am fixing to head to the hospital. I call Shea and ask if she could get me in and bless her heart she did. I went in there feeling like I could not take another step. They took me back and made me feel as comfortable as I could get. This place has saved my life in so many ways.I could never thank them enough. The nurses care so much about there patients. I always feel so welcome every time I go in and thats 1x a week. I give this clinic 5000 stars!

I get IV therapy here for my auto immune issues and I definitely recommend them. Shea is so kind and works hard to get you scheduled quickly. Bryn is the nurse that takes care of me and she is very knowledgeable, helpful, and supportive. They put your health needs first.

Let's talk menopause. I was suffering and even considered going back on hormones, even though I had a terrible reaction when I tried them initially. I had tried everything and nothing helped.
Thanks to Ketamine and IV Therapy Clinic of NWA and their MIC/B12 shots, along with NAD shots - my symptoms are basically done. I have occasional reminders I am in menopause but my quality is restored. I have energy and don't fear hot flashes and night sweats any longer! I get a MIC/B12 shot weekly and a NAD shot monthly - and it is more affordable than all the supplements I was taking.
Try it.... it has been life changing for me!
