Very cool place!!!! Will be back but bring the family!!! Ham and cheese croissant was sooo good! Perfect coffee, and the blackberry sour cream muffin was amazing!!! Salads and sandwiches looked beautiful!!! January 2025!!!

The food is fine. I got the eggs and Avocado toast, it was okay.. not any better than what I have had at the nearby hotel. Very pricey too.

The service is pretty good but could be a little improved.

What saves this place is the pastries! They are amazing! Some of the best I have ever eaten. I love their bear claw. Keep doing that well and improve the food and I’d give 5 stars.

I am a bit of a scone aficionado and I always try to locate the best scones anywhere I go! The scones at this place are S TIER: huge size, big variety, unique flavors, cakey texture, toppings, not cloyingly sweet. I never say this... the music was fantastic. The young person with braids this morning (24 November 2024) has great taste. What's better? The service and the food is amazing. Best dining experience in a long time. Outstanding patio, too!

This is a wonderful spot to enjoy breakfast, brunch, lunch or just dessert.
The service was kind. The baked goods are delicious and the atmosphere is welcoming and quaint.
The portions on our breakfast were large and the food was not only delicious, but the presentation was a feast for the eyes.
The outdoor patio offers a quieter, more intimate atmosphere than the bustle of the indoor cafe.
This was a wonderful find, just off of Sutter Street.

May I speak with the manager, please? Not to be a Karen but this bakery/cafe is nothing short of.....AMAZING!! 😍 Everything we ordered was top notch - cauliflower soup, 2 side salads, lattes and the baked goods, WOW! Great location - can roll right up from the bike trail or walk from downtown. Capacious patio and dog friendly. Service was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Thank you for a lovely afternoon repast 🌞

You have to be very lucky to get a seat at a table, in the morning of any weekend. It was extremely busy during our visit. But the food and service were great. Definitely going back for more.

One of my favorite bakeries in the world; if it's Karen's, it's incredible! We recommend everything on the expansive menu. Lots of vegetarian options as well. Every single pastry, pie, cake, baked good is exquisitely prepared and tastes amazing! It's fun to try the various house-made versions of your favorite childhood treats, especially the HoHos! Not to be missed!
