Nurse Pace (George A Pace) was wonderful. My mother is a difficult patient, no one wants to deal with her (even with doctors and nurses). I was frustrated and desperate especially that I live in other state. I emailed all the symptoms and the her difficulty and Nurse Pace get back to me in a proper timing and he made sure my mother gets to see the doctor and received help and medications and answer every question I had. He made me feel like someone care, and this is the health care we are looking for.

Went to emergency room and expected to wait most of night but I couldn't have been happier when I was getting medical treatment a short 8 minutes later. The staff was so nice and had beautiful bed side manner that maid you feel you were at the right place. Thank you

This is Kaiser Permanente South Bay - Behavioral Health department. They are as wacky and more harm than help. Rather push pills than therapy. The social service worker knows nothing about resources or even Kaiser.

The best part of this clinic are the front staff/receptionist! Unfortunately, the better your work performance -- they quit out of frustration and bad management.

If you need mental health help, stay away from this clinic...

This is a broken health-care system. First of all, you can't get any appointment in less than 2 months. Then, few hours before my son's appointment, they call canceling it. I am so frustrated with this place and their bad service. I totally agree with people saying this is more harm than help!

They never answer the damn phone! Always get the stupid machine. I been on hold the longest was over 40 mins ! Ridiculous. I went in today & finally told them about it & they didn't care. BUT, when I first walked in, they were just SITTING there. No one was busy so why can't they pick up the damn phone ?!! I need to get out of this place, im going somewhere else. Done. Bye.
