Dr. Gloria Estrada is real friendly and takes her time to explain to me everything she is finding in my eyes. She is a great doctor. I’m glad I have her as my eye doctor cause I know I’m in good hands.

The doctor made me feel so comfortable and the fact that he understood what I am going through and complete my Pap smear was available. Today was one of the best visits I have ever had thank you doctor!!!

I've being coming to this Kaiser for almost 20 years... In the last 5 years it has gotten more crowded, but customer service is at it's best, great MD's btw.

Pros:

Easy access. Clean and hygienic. The clinic layout is good and well organized. The parking lot is huge. My personal and staff are approachable. They treat me like family.

Cons:

Most noticeable is the long lines of the pharmacy. The lines are always long, and they move very slowly. Also, the waiting area is a bit small and claustrophobic.

It's getting better than B-4 better than the last few years it was hard to get to see your primary care DR. Maybe I was lucky to my primary Dr. In the same day I hope that's will stay this way.that you will be able to see your primary Dr with in 2-Day or sooner.

Pharmacy is ridiculous it used to be super fast but I don’t know these last few years has been over crowded is it bc they now take medi-cal patients and before Kaiser used to be a private facility for only Kaiser members ? This is out of control I schedule appointments as well for me and my kids before I would get an appointment within 1-2 weeks now it’s months unless I call the same day but who wants to call the same day for a same day appointment? SMDH

It’s ridiculous how long the wait is for blood draw I have been waiting for over 45 minutes I ask the receptionist to cancel as I still have a long time to wait am currently waiting for 120 and they are currently serving 098 this clinic is worst than the DMV I ask if I could cancel and return another day and I was told by the receptionist NO because you already already checked in Why Kaiser is the Waiting time for every thing so long

Theirs 2 lines one for checking in your prescription and one for picking up your prescription. Takes 2 hours to get your stuff. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. CVS does it in 30 mins max. I would take a picture to show how bad it is but I want to respect patients privacy but this is just ridiculous.
