I try to support this place because the juice is good, its nearby and run by a nice lady. However, she needs to retrain her staff. Most of them are not warm, friendly, and if you ask a question about the juice, they just look at you like a deer in headlights. I always have to smile and greet them like I work there. We went there today and it was the same; delayed response, unfriendly, and like he didnt want to be there. This has happened several times and specifically with the males at front register most often, but the girls aren't the best either. I didn't want to leave a negative review, but it has proven necessary. They need to be retrained on customer service or perhaps even let go if they dont want to be there. The only time its good is when the owner is there, and thats not right.

I do recommend them. They hard to find. As a franchise of juice it up as it is. I can go in there every once in a while, grab a smoothie.

Went yesterday 5/10 at 9 am and the young girl with short hair who was there was rude!!! I even asked her how her day was going and her response was “anything else”. I will not be going back to this location again disgusting attitude! Do better on the people you hire she seems miserable there!

The smoothies are fantastic and always made right. Until a couple of weeks ago, I had been getting my smoothie with my coffee next door (Panera), but they have had quality control issues lately, so I decided to give Juice it Up a try. I can't believe I waited all these years to do it. The smoothies are always made right, and the staff are always friendly and professional. The price is also very good.

Absolutely love this place and the people who work there. Been going here for years and it's my favorite smoothie shop. Their products are healthier in my opinion because the smoothies are not as sweet and sugary as the major chain competitor across the street. There's no drive-thru but it's totally worth getting out of your vehicle, plus parking is always easy!

Very rude customer service. I walked in and said hello and grinned at the girl in front. She looked up at me and then looked back down, ignoring what I said completely. A cashier then walks up to the register and doesn’t say a word, just stays quiet. So I begin to order and that was that. She leaves and doesn’t say a word. The girl who ignored me when I walked in proceeded to make my smoothies and then brings them up to the front, sets them down and walks away. Not a “have a nice day”. Not a “here you go, your smoothies are ready”… nothing. Maybe it’s my fault for expecting a business to have been taught about customer service or just expecting them to have just some human decency was too much. Bad experience here and sadly I didn’t get their names. Besides the smoothies tasting good, because of the rudeness here I honestly do not recommend this place to anyone.
