Brought my daughter in for a check up with a new doctor, Gretchen mattner. Me and my mom were trying to explain certain things about my daughter and how she is autistic and it’s hard to get her to eat as well as other things. And her advice was to basically starve my child, if she doesn’t want to eat don’t feed her, if she doesn’t want to eat later on that day don’t feed her, because “kids are smart” and “when she’s hungry she’ll tell you” my daughter does not even talk, tried to tell her that as well and mid sentence she cuts me off. She’d even cut my mom off when she was speaking as well. Very unprofessional to speak over someone while they are talking. Once we told her my daughter is not vaccinated she made a face and her whole mood changed afterward. On the way out she offered us a book for my daughter and went to sit down at her little desk and ignored my mom while she was speaking to her we were only a couple feet away from her. Overall rude and very obviously does not know about autism in children if she’s advising me to literally starve my daughter. Will NOT be returning and I’d recommend finding a different doctor’s office if you have a child with autism.

I have waited 3 months to be seen for a new patient and the day of the appointment they call to cancel it because the dr. Chaudhry, Henah Has time off and is leaving for the day. How messed up is that! I’m diabetic and ran out of medication I was told to go to the urgent care if I need refills and they wanted to reschedule me for October!! We are in April !! This is so unprofessional. Guess they don’t care about patients here and you will certainly die waiting for an appointment. Thanks for wasting my time and having to lose a day of work because of this.

I have never had any problem with the Ob/Gyn since I've been starting to come here on August 2021. The staffs are super friendly and helpful. They always try to let me have as much convenient as possible. From making appointments, lab tests, blood tests, to Prenatal Visits. Mitchelle is the best and she answers all my questions with her knowledge and the most courtesy and friendly.
I and my husband are truly appreciated all their hard working and thanks God I did choose this JPS as my Ob/Gyn care to visit.

Dr. Richard is a superb doctor and truly cares for his patients' health. He has comprehensive, well researched, answers/supplements/lifestyle changes to minimize treating ailments with just medications. Dr. Richard is a good diagnostician.
The health center is always very clean and smells good!

Worst office ever. Went in for my appointment to be SEEN by a DR. They inform me my dr is not in today and that the app. Was going to be over the phone... very much big waste of my time. So when I go to reschedule the soonest they can get me in is May 24. Don’t bother with trying to call the phones bc you will just sit on hold. I’ve been going here 5 years and it’s only gotten worse. Definitely taking my family to a better office!!! If I could rate less than one star I would have.

I love seeing my PCP Robert Richard, sometimes I see Rhonda too, they're both very familiar with my health and they take their time with me and help me understand what I came in for. The one star is actually for Dr. Nguyen Hanh, my daughter was seen by her today on a sick visit and spent less than five minutes with her. When I asked her a question she immediately jumped at my throat and said "DON'T DO THAT", I asked her a question about a myth I've heard about battery acid on warts, I didn't imply I would do it, I simply had a question about it, she could've approached me differently, IN A PROFFESIONAL MATTER. She provided directions on how to take care of my daughters rash but before leaving she pointed at my daughters nails and voiced her opinion on her nails, "this has to stop" I mentioned they were only press on nails and she said "still" and left. She needs to be addressed, this was so disrespectful.

I've called numerous times and have waited for over 20 minutes to schedule a new patient appointment and NO ONE ANSWERS! You can't even get around the automated system to speak to a live person! Incredibly frustrated!
