A run down old neighborhood market with owners that have a reputation of ripping people off when hired to work for them. There's a restaurant built in the rear that's open at the whim of whoever is running it at the time, the neighborhood it's in guarantees failure, as it is to poor to support a restaurant. The few that once existed having failed 20 years ago after existing since the1950's the store is located in a place that serves the locals for their needs.
