We saw one of the PAs (SHIZA TAJUDDIN)
at this office for my 8months old constipation issues. If you just want a lousy prescription and don’t care about your child’s wellbeing then this is your place. This PA suggested we put my baby on MiraLax. She claimed there are studies that it is safe for children (it is NOT indicated for children under 12 years old and there are NO studies). When I pushed back on wanting to find the root cause of these issues she had no idea what to do other than prescriptions. $700 later we left with no plan other than a prescription for Lactulose which also proves she wasn’t listening to anything I said as my baby has a cows milk protein allergy and lactulose is literally a milk sugar. Waste of time.

Dr. James Franciosi and staff was confident and pleasant. Our appointment was on time and my daughter was anxious because she is a teen and I think Drama is their life, but he and his staff calmed her and she left saying "I would go back and see him" That a big deal for a teen. I am pleased and will be back.

My son was seen by James P Franciosi, MD due to constipation issues. He ordered labs for my son and It has become a hassle to get results. I've been calling his office and leaving messages on the portal and still no answer. Every time I call they let me know they will send a message over and to give it a few more days. It has been a week since my son had his labs done.This is not how I thought his speciality care treatment would be handled.

This Doctor NEVER is going to forget who I am.
I confont him, with No fears.
The big surprise was that I think he never imagined that I was an experienced intensivist RN Nurse.
Horrible experience, I do not recommend this doctor , disrespectful and proponent, and not proffesional at all.

Hunter attended his first appointment alone and told me he felt like the doctor didn’t listen to him. Just nodded his head replying with mmhmm to everything he said. Ordered several test without really explaining why or for what. Not a real good experience for a young man trying to take care of himself.

The office is clean, staff super friendly. Only complaint is that I arrived early to make sure no issue regarding being seen. However, there was only 1 person checking everyone in, going over all the paperwork and a huge delay, causing the back office to call and ask where I was. They need more than 1 person manning the reception desk or provide another way to check in and complete digital paperwork.

Just plain amazing! Dr. Franciosi was able to connect with my introvert teenager and understand how to better assist her with health. Definitely, SUPERB Patient/Parent listener!
