I run a successful detoxification cleanse business and many of my clients reside in the Roseville/ Sacramento area. I have been working with Shelley since 2007 and send many of my clients to her.

Shelley is a great partner in my program as I pair my cleanse with colon hydrotherapy, and she offers a great colonic system that I trust my clients to go to. She uses the open (LIBBE) system which is much safer and more comfortable than the closed system.

Moreover, she is a great colonic therapist which makes all the difference in the world. She is certified by I-ACT, which many therapists are not and unfortunately will not conduct colonics correctly because they were not trained properly, which can hurt a patient significantly.

Shelley truly cares about her patients and is an exceptional healer which is why I trust and respect her. She understands complementary medicine so well, being a previous nurse for 27 years before realizing there was a need for an alternative clinic in Sacramento to not only catch disease before degeneration but to heal the body from it naturally and effectively.

Her clinic offers an array of services and she only sells the top products that are only available to be sold by practitioners, giving access to these products to her patients. Her extensive knowledge in food based medicine is not only refreshing, but I know that I can send my clients in with confidence that they will be taken care of with the highest quality of services and products, which is nothing less than what I offer myself.

IWC is the best above the rest for colonics in the Sacramento area. The Cadillac of open systems Angel of Water guarantees the best experience that you will ever have. A must for 1st timers! Shelley provides professional and compassionate service for all of her clients. In addition to my service she has provided me with a Hot Tea, Hot Soup, Green Smoothie and Hot Water Bottle. It's upsetting that the word fair is included in the lowest rating I can give this place. I've been in here several times and not one have I gotten what I asked for. Half of the positive reviews for this place come from herself and her family and friends. The products are always out of stock, Shelly herself is rude, bipolar, and a compulsive liar. None of the employees or guests are happy with her. She's an awful business woman and my last visit was the last straw. I always feel bad for her receptionists and each new one to follow. I go to another wellness store that is way more qualified than her now

At 36 years old I was having all the symptoms of perimenopause that my mother had at 45. My doctors put me on birth controll pills for 2 years and things just got worse. I was tired of going to the doctor with a complaint and being offered a prescription for a drug. I wanted to get to the bottom of my problems and find out what was causing them. That was never addressed.

After thinking this was the way I was going to feel forever, I was referred to Integrative Wellness Center by a friend's mother. I called and they offered me a free 15-minute consultation. I felt hopful after that short meeting.

I took my test result to them and after sitting down with Shelley, we went over the results and she had outlined a plan I felt was thorough and would address my issues and concerns. I appreciated all the education I received and knew it was going to take a commitment to do my part.

I thought I could just address one thing and get it fixed, and I learned the body works like a well-oiled machine; and if one part is out of balance, it affects all the other parts.

It relieved me to know my emotional outbursts did not mean I had a mental problem. My doctor wanted me to go on anti-depressants and it was a relief to know this could be connected to my other imbalances.

I also saw their nutritionist because I knew if I was going to do this 100% I would need help with food and I needed to learn what to eat to stay on track and keep my body well fueled.

Diane and Shelley held my hand through the whole process and I called or emailed one of them, it seems, everyother day. Hormones are now good and my goal is to stay on my food plan and make these changes stick and become part of my everyday routine.

I learned discipline and I would not hesitate to ask for their help in the future should I get off track or need other suggestions. I learned a lot about how I can take charge of my own health and they showed me simple changes I could make to hopefully prevent health prolems down the road. This is the place to go if you are willing to do the work.
