Let me tell you about my recent trip to In Motion Wellness Studio in Greer, SC. It was such a delightful experience, I felt like I was on a vacation to the land of fitness! You know, like a "work-cation" where you actually work out while feeling like you're on holiday!

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with smiles that could make a sunflower blush. The staff was friendlier than a golden retriever at a barbecue! They really know their stuff, and they definitely have a passion for helping folks get fit. Just like I always say, “If you’re gonna lift, make sure you give it your best ‘weight’!”

The studio itself is as clean as a whistle and as inviting as a warm slice of apple pie. They have everything you could need, from weights to yoga mats, even equipment that looks like it could launch a space shuttle! I thought, “Wow, this is not just a studio; it’s a fitness spaceship!”

Let’s talk classes. They offer a variety of options, from yoga that’ll stretch your mind and body to boot camps that will give you a workout so good, you might just start calling your treadmill "my best friend!" I tried a spin class, and let me tell you, it was more intense than trying to open a jar of pickles without a stubborn lid!

The instructors are top-notch, and they motivate you like a coach rooting for his team in the Super Bowl. They remind you that every drop of sweat is just fat crying, and I felt like I was on top of the world! Or at least on top of my yoga mat!

In Motion Wellness Studio is more than just a place to break a sweat; it’s a community. You walk in feeling like a stranger, and you leave feeling like part of the family. So, if you’re in Greer, SC, and you want to get fit while having a blast, you should definitely check it out. Remember, “When it comes to fitness, don’t just sit there—Get ‘in motion’!” Now that’s a workout worth laughing about!

Awesome experience, saving up the $$$ to be able to get a few stretches for myself. Feels great, and actually helps pain so if you're holding onto any tension, have sciatica, or any neck/back/leg issues that have been bothering you this is affordable enough to try out, you won't regret it. I'd love a more budget friendly option for larger packages but that's just cause I'm poor not because the pricing isn't reasonable. Excited to return in June!

Curiosity & needing to get my health in order brought me in. Constant pain & stiffness in my joints & overall body was a daily occurrence. The relief I gained in one see soon is amazing. My range of movement improved amazingly. Staff is courteous, professional & friendly. Light laid back, peaceful environment. Lamar put me at ease & help with my stiffness & pain. He is extremely patient & motivating. I call him a magician. Best investment I’ve made in myself this year.

I have been attending stretching sessions with this team since December 2023. Per a surgeon that reviewed MRI’s of my back showing some damage at L3 and L4 in January 2024 he (the surgeon)recommended that I continue stretching however do it more frequently.
I did just that and started twice a week sessions! I believe that this stretching has helped with my back pain and hip pain and neck discomfort!

The folks that I have been dealing with are professional and a joy to work with! Peyton, Elizabeth, Davon and Z are customer focused and they interact with you and make your time there a pleasure!

If you have back, neck, leg and or hip pain and or discomfort and any other bodily ailments I recommend that you consider giving In Motion a shot to help with that pain and discomfort!

I go to the in motion in Greer. Since I’ve been going regularly to in motion for stretching, I can definitely tell that my range of motion is better and I feel more agile when I leave, for sure. The staff is great and friendly. Elizabeth lights up the whole place. I recommend this to all of my friends and anyone who wants to feel better.💪🏻
