Update: 8/16/24 - It's been a while so I went here again. IT GOT WORST! Their prices went above average prices, but I paid since I went there but what really shook me was the rude masseuse asking for 20% tip. DO NOT RECOMMAND
I believe it's under new ownership as it's not called I D Therapy. It was close to work so I went in, the interior was so nice, drapes and lamps felt like Downtown Abby. My masseuse was friendly and strong. I have calves and she was able squeeze them. Afterward, got a hot towel on my back, that feels soothing ?.

I normally don't leave reviews on anything but i had to share how good our experience was! I wanted to surprise my wife with a couple's massage for her birthday as we've been talking about getting one since we got married recently. This one came up in the area near where we had dinner and I'm so glad I found them. What a time!

We arrived a little late but everyone was extremely friendly from start to finish. I couldn't help but notice how happy everyone was and how they seem to really enjoy their profession which makes such a difference to me.

I felt compelled to spoil my wife with the full 1 1/2 hour treatment and it was so worth it, Theresa knew we were celebrating a birthday and put out a bottle of champagne for us to enjoy before. Her massage went so well she put me to sleep! And my wife got some deep tissue work on her lower back and glutes, funny thing is she didn't even tell the masseuse she needed attention on those areas beforehand! She could just tell what needed work.

They then led us to another room that included a shower bed for an exfoliating scrub that was quite invigorating. Its something we plan on making a routine follow-up to the massage when we come back.

Since our gym closed we haven't enjoyed a sauna in over a year and amazingly enough they had an infrared sauna that had us sweating like crazy! So good. They had clean towels for us for each shower we needed in between treatments which was a nice touch.

All in all my wife and I couldn't have been more pleased. The team at Anew are incredible at what they do and I'm looking forward to our next visit!!

My wife and I had a nice couples massage here today. The entry area is beautifully decorated and a relaxing flute track plays in the background. We both enjoyed the massage and felt that the masseuses were attentive to us and knew what they were doing. The price was fair and they take credit cards which was nice for us since we were low on cash.

The only issue we had was they did not give us water or tea at the end, although supposedly we were supposed to according to the description on Groupon. Overall though I'd recommend the place.

Went in for couples messages I wanted a 30minutes message. The lady was guilt tripping the whole time to get more time. Then asked for the tip up front which was odd.

Then was told that I should tip more because it wasn’t enough. I got my girlfriend a massage cause she needed it.

I did not get the message because this lady was really rude. Worst customer service I don’t recommend.

Came here after work for a couples massage—they are really good at what they do!! Cute spot in the lower level of a building just off the freeway. Not the best location, but once you’re inside you don’t notice. They texted me instructions on how to find the place and the confirmation, which was great. Make sure you tell them to push hard if you know you can take it. They go pretty light otherwise. I had Helen, who was really good! Don’t be surprised when they get up on the table to get in there and push hard. The couples massage was only $95 on Groupon, but we tipped at the end because we were so grateful.

I went in and got a mediocre couples massage at this shack. This guy paul was way too rough and not only was the doorbell going off constantly, but the phone they were streaming the music off of was dying and beeping every five minutes. Imagine trying to relax and hear constant beeps and doorbells going off. At the end I showed them a Groupon I purchased and they refused to take it. The massage therapist and what I guess we can call a receptionist told me that I couldn’t use it because I didn’t inform them before I had the massage? I can see them having some sort of weekend policy, but this was a Thursday at 4pm. They put me on the phone with their manager who proceeded to tell me that I had to wait there until she made sure she got the money from Groupon and if she couldn’t get ahold of them that I had to pay cash. Do not waste your money here.

I wish I read the reviews on Walnut Creek business since it’s the same owner so obviously same shady business practice. One bad review usually won’t deter me from a business but several like 4 or 5 I may think twice. 1. Don’t buy the groupon 2. If you already did and try to book with her she will ask for the voucher, she only texts and when you get there be careful she may say “it’s show voucher already redeem” and act like she has no idea what’s going on and she may try to have you pay her then and then expect you to contact Groupon (good luck with that) to resolve it. This type of scamming isn’t exactly scamming I suppose, it’s just a trick to get you in have your day planned around the massage and if it’s a couples massage then even better for her because you may just cave. Anyway, check the reviews on yelp for her Walnut Creek “spa” I really wish I saw all those unhappy peoples reviews.

Got a Groupon a little while ago for a couples massage. I called to book it today and was told they won’t accept it and I need to cancel it via Groupon and pay the full price . Kinda insane to have a offer listed , have people buy then just outright not accept the offer . After asking why they won’t accept the offer the person on the phone just hung up the phone on me before she did the told me to call Groupon to cancel it just a huge waste of time at this point . Avoid this place there are tons of great places to get ligit body work done . Just look at the recent reviews it’s clear this place is falling apart . Wish I could give 0 stars .
