I’ve been coming to I Am Yoga since 2013. It has become a bit of a lifeline for me. I am just now recovering from spine surgery. At $45 a visit at a physical therapist, I’m going here instead. This really is a one-stop shop. Massage, variety of yoga classes, Pilates, private lessons, and workshops, and occasionally, talented peeps come in to teach us abt Sound Healing, and many other delightful new workshops. Anna, the owner, is one of a kind, and the kind is love! Wonderful community for all. Seniors love chair yoga. So do I. Vinyasa, hatha, restorative, yin.

I Am Yoga has been my hometown yoga studio for over 12 years now! I love the serene and peaceful environment that you feel the moment you walk through the doors. Not only is their yoga, and pilates classes amazing they have the most fun and welcoming instructors! I always recommend dropping in on a class if you have ever considered doing yoga, this is a welcoming and non-intimidating studio that is perfect for beginners and veterans of the practice.

I love this studio! It’s such a welcoming environment. The teachers and classes are all so accessible and accommodating of all skill levels and body types. I also love that I can buy yoga gear, delicious teas, and I actually like the kombucha they have on tap as well! I’m happy to have found this great studio to be my home away from home!

I started my yoga journey at I AM YOGA and it has been an absolutely life-changing experience and everyone at the studio has been a huge part of that journey. Great teachers offer knowledge, compassion and empathy in a welcoming and safe environment. This studio is one of the best and it is worth every penny and then a lot more after that.
