I’ve been here a handful of times so far and I really love it! It’s a beautiful and serene space to come and do these practices, alone or with friends. Guided breathwork in the cozy room with the fireplace.. and COLD spacious cold plunge followed by some sauna time. I always leave feeling SO good. Vanessa holds a solid container when she guides you in the breathwork and cold plunge and then you’re left to warm up and relax on your own in the saunas or jacuzzi.
I attended a full moon event last week as well as their one year anniversary gathering too and I’ve really enjoyed the vibe of everyone I’ve met so far. We need more healing community spaces like this! Thank you HumanAeon 🙏

I went for the cold plunge experience and it was amazing! There was lots of support and guidance like deep breathing exercises and encouragement to stay for the goal time. When I emerged, I felt ecstatic as I slowly thawed out while doing the suggested movements. The sauna was nice and cozy and the whole facility is gorgeous yet sacred. I look forward to trying a capoeira class soon!

I've been to Human Aeon twice now for breathwork and cold plunge sessions led by Vanessa. I wasn't quite sure what to expect heading in my first time, but the staff were so friendly and welcoming that I felt right at home. The breathwork session was both relaxing and invigorating, and the cold plunge afterwards felt amazing! In addition to the cold plunge, they have a steam sauna, infrared sauna, and hot tub, and I had a lot of fun going back and forth between hot and cold. I came back with my wife for my second session, and she had a wonderful time as well. We will be back for sure!

Beautiful place to come relax, practice and recover. It had the feel of a secret sanctuary and mystical garden. Reed and Vanessa are wonderful hosts. They made my partner and I feel right at home and their guidance had us feeling confident about the challenges of cold plunging. Afterwards I felt energized and relaxed. Now 2 days later I am still reaping the benefits and have already planned my second visit! Thank you Human Aeon!

Reed and Vanessa were great. I enjoyed the beautiful facility and the attention given during our breathwork. It's a great place to try to a cold plunge and I loved running to the infrared sauna after the pool. Please go and check them out.
