Lisa K's 9:00 am Hot Power Vinyasa class was fantastic! Her dynamic sequence kept the energy high and the movements fluid. She skillfully balanced challenging poses with foundational postures, making the class accessible yet invigorating. The studio is clean and well-organized, with plenty of props (blocks, etc.) and excellent facilities (changing rooms, showers). I can’t say enough great things about this yoga studio! They offer an amazing variety of classes, including Bikram and Vinyasa, so there’s something for everyone. The instructors are incredible, so helpful, supportive, and knowledgeable. They take the time to understand any injuries or limitations I have and make sure I still get a great workout while feeling completely supported in my yoga journey. Thrilled that Hot Sisters Yoga has come to Granite Bay/East Roseville. Hot Sisters Yoga has the perfect combination of Bikram-style 26/2 (and heat), and also vinyasa style (less heat) flow classes. The studio is immaculate, peaceful and has become, my home away from home. Lori and Lisa, the new owners could not be more accommodating and welcoming. You'll love this studio! Come on down!
