Exceptional customer service! Luis helped find the correct type of screw to attach my computer monitor to its stand. He even screwed the screws in for me. I appreciate having this Ace Hardware store in our neighborhood for situations like this; I don’t think I would have had the same experience at a Home Depot or Lowe’s.

I come here often for things such as light bulbs and ETC. They always have some thing correct. Last time, this very nice gentleman gave us 4 free lightbulbs because they were not selling them anymore. Love this place for hardware supplies and will DEFINITELY come back and so should you!

I recently had two occasions to need to purchase a 93 cent screw for a lathe part. On both times I have been helped with an eager employee to ensure that I got I got the correct screw. An almost fit of a non metric screw would have required a second trip at the least and maybe a damaged fitting. A go to hardware store to consider next time you have a need.

Fantastic Local Hardware Store. Well stocked and if they don't have they will order. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Recently bought a BBQ - they ordered for me, put together and delivered it. Couldn't ask for more. And competitive with the big box stores!

This is a typical strip mall hardware store. The store opened only a couple months ago. All of the displays are fresh and clean. All of the products appear to be brand new without any shelf wear. I think that Ace hardware must give them some help regarding which products to stock. I found the stock to be relatively complete but of course it cannot duplicate what you would find at Lowe's or Home Depot. If you view this place as a neighborhood hardware store then I think you will be quite pleased with the breadth of their inventory. Unfortunately, the clerks were friendly but were unaware of basic plumbing items. One guy told me to look with the regular valves which was wrong. Then I was told by another guy that they did not have a pressure and temperature valve for a hot water heater and this is when I had found them myself on one of the plumbing aisles. The guy was a little embarrassed when he told me that they did not have any when I was looking straight at them. My guess is that the typical retail worker barely knows how to use a screwdriver.

Bought a sprinklerhead that would not screw on. Returned to the store and asked for an exchange. Store clerk implied I must have damaged it myself, and said he would not exchange it. I have replaced many many sprinklerheads in my time and I know how to do it. So I decided to take my business to home depot instead. I got the same sprinklerhead at $3 less and it screwed right in when I got home.

Finally this location of Ace pops up on Google! It recently opened next to my apt complex. I'd like to give a special thanks to Dave. He's not only knowledgable about all the tools in the store, patient and courteous, has a knack for explaining things, but also quick to think outside the box to provide solutions to my handy projects. He even drilled drainage holes on my planters for free. I think the store is lucky to have him - competent and ready to help for sure!
