I need to preface with the fact that I was raised caring for my grandmother, so I am very familiar with medical supplies stores, but never have I felt so embraced with calm and care in one before. Here you will find an incredibly kind and personable owner and team. I stopped in near closing time for a cane or crutch after not being able to find a suitable one elsewhere and found exactly what I was looking for at a very affordable price thanks to Jim! He gave me a tutorial on how to adjust it and use it properly, and so warm the whole time.

I am heartbroken to hear that they are being forced to close after 25 years of dedicated care to the local community, but I will absolutely be following them along to their future warehouse! Please don't hesitate to stop in before they've moved if you're in need of their wares!!

Jim was recommended by the director of my father's assisted living facility in for purchase of an electrically powered high-low bed to reduce the risks of falls. Despite Covid supply chain issues, Jim's crew promptly delivered and assembled a new bed for my father. A few months later when my father had to be permanently transferred to a different facility, we had to urgently clear out my father's belongings from his room at the assisted living facility. I called Jim and he came to the rescue. He sent a crew to remove and store the high-low bed. I live a few hundred miles away from my father. Jim really saved the day by stepping in to help us remove and store the specialty bed, which he eventually re-sold for us, as my father no longer needed it. We're very grateful for Jim's help. He went above and beyond to help us out.

Jim went above and beyond to help us with my best friend’s scooter. We are from Georgia and her scooter started beeping. We got an Uber and went to his place. He fixed the throttle and then found out the batteries was bad. This was a day after thanksgiving. He got her fixed up so we can continue to go on our trip without stressing. Thanks again Jim your customer service is amazing!

What a great experience. I went in to the store looking for an indoor powered wheelchair for my mother. I met with Jim Leedom on the weekend at the store and he walked me through some of the models I was looking at. I knew the size we needed, I knew the dimensions that would work inside the home so I was pretty well educated about them. I told Jim that I was not happy with the other company in Torrance as they told me they do not rent them and that if I did purchase and it did not work that we would have to pay a 25% re-stocking fee. Are you kidding me, 25% on a $2000 item, insane. I worked with Jim and we were able to work a few scenarios that would work perfectly. He even said they would deliver it and make sure it worked in the home, which it did. I cannot say how grateful I am Jim and his staff. Thanks Jim.

I recently had problems with a broken break (for a walker bought from Home Health Depot). Jim/owner, was so helpful . He listened and viewed (through a text photo) the problem at hand and gave me-free- the wire to replace the break portion. With his and the staff's friendly and professional customer service, they are my first "go-to" for any eldercare equipment.
