Familyvacay

Stayed here on trip to visit Solvang and the mission. Beds were comfortable and staff accommodated our request for adjoining rooms. Breakfast was free but not the best. It was sufficient for our party though. Evening hot chocolate was awesome. Our room were spacious and comfortable. Staff were very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We'll definitely book again whenever we're in the area.

This is by far one of the best places my family and I have stayed at. The cleanliness of our room was excellent and the customer service was beyond outstanding! Jesse and his team made us feel very welcome. They even went above and beyond and decorated our room so that my kids could continue feeling the holiday spirit even while being away from home! I will definitely be staying here again!

The hotel is located in a good area, so many restaurants nearby. The bed is good, the room is clean. What I can comment is that you can hear people in the hallway talking and walking. Also the toilet flush is like something similar to the flushes on airplanes. Overall good breakfast and comfortable stay.

I stay at a lot of IHG hotels for my job, and this holiday inn is the best one. The location is kind of strange and tucked away, but its right next to the 1 and across from the grocery store + restaurants so its great for workers. The rooms are always cleanly and comfortable. Everything has been newly renovated. The staff is excellent! They are so kind and lovely. Big shoutout to management as they run a clean shop.

We arrived around six in the evening. The lady at the front desk welcomed us and introduced all information we need to know in the stay and then quickly processed all steps of check-in. Room was very clean and equipped with locker, microwave, and small fridge. Bathroom was clean and well designed. Breakfast was as good as most other holiday inn express, however I didn't find oatmeals without added sugars.

We were pleased with our time at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and consistent with the Holiday Inn Express experience. This is a good location for traveling through the Solvang/Wine region in that area.
