Switched to Hina’s about a year ago when I moved to this area of town. They are awesome and always go above and beyond in my opinion. They deliver medications when needed and they’re quick to fill and follow up on medication requests.

Hina's White Lane...I gave this a 5 Star review months ago however there is a female Pharmacist with a bad very bad attitude so I'm removing 2 Stars. All the other employees I have dealt with have great attitudes and great customer service. Don't know what the issue is with the female Pharmacist but I do know this I'm on the brink of switching Pharmacies because of her bad attitude.

I had been hearing about Hina’s for years before my coma. After my coma, i have a lot of maintenance meds. Honestly just filling 1 medication a month at cvs was always a problem. So after my coma in 2016 i made the switch to Hina’s and i don’t regret it.

1. I was able to email my med list & have them request the transfers from cvs, i appreciated that they let me do this. Repeating information somehow gets me worked up (workin on that but that’s besides my point). They were nice from day one, i appreciate that.

2. Hinas is the one pharmacy in my life that i feel like has gone to bat for ME (the patient) the most. My meds are always filled, if somethings unavailable, they communicate when it will be in, the techs contact my doctors and make notes to do things & follow up. They have done so much to go above & beyond to help me. I can’t even put it into words. They do all they can to work with the insurance & my providers, to be sure I’m not out of my meds for a day. (A large chain, would never…)

3. If i ever have a question for the pharmacist i can just call and ask. Sure you can at any pharmacy pretty much buttt Ed knows who i am, he knows my history and doesn’t need to verify my entire list of personal info (in front of a store full of customers) to tell me, to take something at night, instead of in the morning. Also he knows I’m persistent.. i stay on top of my prescriptions and faxes etc to my doctors so he works with me and anticipates my needs sometimes even before i know them! It’s incredible.

I’m saying. I have no regrets switching to Hina’s. Also i mean they’re a local small business. Who doesn’t want to support that? And the delivery, two rounds? Sooo incredibly helpful! The drivers are all so nice!

I spoke directly with the pharmacist, and explain to him that I wasn’t a customer of theirs but I needed help in finding a particular medication. Although they didn’t have the medication I needed he was extremely helpful in directing me to other pharmacies that may be able to accommodate me. I extremely appreciate his professionalism and his kindness. If I needed to find a new pharmacy I would definitely become a new customer In spite of the fact I they are not located in my area. They would be worth the extra distance!

Excellent customer service and fast service. Only once was a medication I needed not in fully so had to go back to get remaining amounts. It is important to me because I have many severe illnesses and disorders so always have to have my medication with me. They have actually been the best pharmacy and I give the magnets with their information on them that they have to many people who have trouble finding affordable pharmacies. Would definitely reccomend to anyone that has trouble finding affordable medication that they have to have on hand.

This is under my sons name as I made a gmail with his name because I forgot mine. But this is Jordyn, I used Walgreens mostly for years but switched to Hinas last year for myself & my son. My brother also switched after me referring him. I LOVE this pharmacy. You can take a prescription in & it will be filled within 20 minutes tops generally, usually 10-15 minutes even if you have more than 1. I have taken 3-4 & been done within 20 minutes. They are always nice, professional, & helpful with any info needed on medicine OTC & RX'd. The main pharmacist (I believe, not sure on the career labels each have though all are helpful & kind) has given me my flu shot was very gentle & fast, & has also told me whether he believes an OTC medicine would benefit me or not when I ask. I've used multiple pharmacies over the years, this is the only pharmacy I have ever been to that is always nice, always fast, & always helpful. Usually I have at least a few bad experiences with different workers or different days but not ever with hinas. I do however wish certain medications could be switched to better manufacturers, as other manufacturers work better for me, not sure if that is possible.. & they could open at 8, so I could go before starting my day. Otherwise everything else is 5 stars absolutely EXCELLENT! Thank you so much for changing the sometimes stressful experiences of having to go to the pharmacy at least 1-2x a month. Sorry for such a long review, just wanted to share all positive aspects of choosing this pharmacy. I have also used other hinas pharmacies before though this one is the most efficient & quick. Never leaving hinas on white lane! I have only ever used another pharmacy for me or my son when hinas isn't open or I was out of town. I have met the owner once (well 1 of them, the woman in the photo) & she was also pleasant, a nice lady who did a wonderful job in choosing her employees. & it is close to home for me, if they aren't close or you don't have transportation they also do deliveries. If you call the same day I believe before 12, they deliver between 2-6 (I think I may be a little off). See you guys next time. 🙂
