Can you please allow customers to use a HSA debit card even if the customer did not create a pin for it? I use my HSA debit card at Albertsons, CVS and other pharmacies without a pin as a debit card but your clerk was insistent on treating it as a credit card and charging a credit card fee for it even though I showed her that the card was a debit card. I have never heard from any other company that there are any credit card fees for this debit card.

This was my first experience with an independent pharmacy, and it was amazing! I happened to see the sign out front saying you could get your flu shot there, so I walked in and asked about it. The lady I spoke to was incredibly nice. She had me fill out the form, and in less than 5 minutes I had received my flu shot. The pharmacist who gave me the shot was warm and kind and made conversation while giving the shot. I got the impression he really cares about his work and the community. What a cool place.

This place was super clean, incredibly well staffed, everyone was friendly, all around excellent experience.

If I lived in bakersfield, this would 100% be my pharmacy! Thanks guys for helping me get my flu shot!

Great pharmacy! The customer service from the cashier was rude though.
My order was ready because they texted me it was - when I got there and told her she just ignored me for a few minutes after I told her I received the text it was ready she just went to lunch.
Another gal who was very nice came to help at the end of an uncomfortable wait.

The BEST pharmacy you will ever find..Everything about this place is flawless...fast, professional and VERY kind people to deal with...If you are with another pharmacy say goodbye to them and go to Hina's. You will be glad you did..

I had a issue with a prescription (over the counter) ... the pharmacist made it right and went above and beyond to meet my needs. He made a customer very happy and I will use them in the future. The staff was very pleasant and friendly. I would highly recommend them. Exceptional customer service.

Hina's pharmacists are very knowledgeable and careful to review your needs each time you visit. On my last visit they took the time to check the coverage of my insurance for the medications I was purchasing. In addition they alerted me to additional refills on another medication I am taking, saving me an additional trip to the pharmacist in the near future.

Absolutely wonderful and professional staff! Prescriptions are always filled very quickly and they are very helpful with one of my preferred generics. I have been to a number of pharmacies in Bakersfield since I've been here a few months and this place is beyond other places that I've been to. I chose this place as others did not have a specific brand generic that works for me.

This mail order pharmacy used to be prompt, courteous w/friendly customer service.
Lately however, the packaging arrives partially opened with the box all beat-up. I called customer service because I felt that medicine might have been tinkered with & I felt unsafe using it. I was given a really hard time and told if I want to return it, I'd have to pay. The persons I spoke with were nasty!!!!!!!!!!
It appears there has been a change of guard & now the patient's needs are disregarded.
I've been with this company for a number of years now it's time to change.
