First time stopping at the brewery (love the Cafe). The brewery is so super cute, great ambiance for date night or social gathering. They have a room in the back for more intimate sit downs like a restaurant, where the main room is more like an upscale brewery. Thought the prices on beer were decent. The shrimp tacos were deliciously loaded. If you're in the area, this is a great stop with more shops and a nursery to walk around while you wait or after you sip. Very nice staff.

We loved the place and we're looking forward to the band playing. As previous customer said, it is becoming a day care. Very uncomfortable having a drink, dance whole kids are roaming around. It is posted as 18+, not sure why is not like that.
As far as food, price is high and is served with plastic forks and small paper plates.

Went in on a Saturday, just a half hour after opening - they were busy! Very friendly staff, great table service, really cool vibe - brickwork, industrial, Edison-ish lights. Don't be thrown off if the main bar area is full - they have a more private/quiet back room with a big screen TV and larger tables for groups.

We tried a few beers and some cocktails (Hazy IPA - really nice layers on this beer, Double IPA, Old Fashioned, and the PB&J Old Fashioned). All very good. Liked the crystal clear square ice cubes used on the cocktails. I noticed they do serve food but we didn't get a chance to try anything this time. Expect appetizers ranging from house chips with artichoke dip to Mexican street corn and Bavarian pretzels for appetizers to grilled shrimp salad, various tacos, pork sliders and a few other options for entrees.

Definitely going back.

Located in downtown Loomis, this newly opened brewery is one of the best breweries in the entire area-including Auburn! Nothing else comes close to the vibe and friendly service. You get the small town feel with an elegant and charming ambiance. The beer is really good and they have several small shareable plates incase you get a little hungry. This is part of the High Hand nursery building, and the owner has done an excellent job of creating several businesses in an up-and-coming location. Definitely worth checking out!

We are big fans of High Hand Cafe, so when we heard they where opening up High Hand Brewery, we where excited as my wife was going to have a going away party for a cherished employee, this was the perfect place. We had about 30 people in the back room area, and there was plenty of room. It's a very nice place, the beers were good, and the corn fritter things were really good. Our waitress was great and went above and beyond for someone in our party who needed assistance.

A lovely venue for shows. Unfortunately every show that my friends & I have attended has irresponsible parents who bring, allow, and encourage their children to roam freely on dance floor when band is performing. Groups of toddlers to 10-yr-olds underfoot. This practice is dangerous for the children & adults alike who can all get hurt. Also it’s shameful that these parents of toddlers do not realize that loud volume music up so close to band damages young ear drums. Description of shows on website state only guests 18 and older may attend “On Stage” concerts, but clearly this policy is not enforced by management. An anticipated adult evening or afternoon out becomes basically a day care event. At a recent concert, there were 2 toddlers roaming on the floor (with their parents sitting on floor also) with dancers trying to avoid tripping over them. A group of five 10-yr-olds in a circle rough housing on floor also.

Such good music line-ups, but hesitate to return due to this well known ongoing nuisance at this venue.

Imagine stunning decor with chandeliers, brick and plants throughout the brewery. With live music on Thursday and Saturday evenings. High-Hand Brewing serves beer, wine, cocktails and upscale bar grub. I would say, you found a great date spot. Grab a beer and an appetizer, then find a cozy corner to get to know each other better. If live music is playing, take your adult beverages closer to the music and people watch. If the date is going well, walk around downtown Loomis to get to know each other better. There are plenty of shops to browse and hideaways for that first kiss. IG: SACRAMENTOHONEY
