Dr. Heron was incredibly nice, informative, and reassuring about an upcoming procedure. I’m glad my PCP referred me. I was more impressed on how he interacted with nursing staff. You could tell each of them liked working with him.

I found him to be absolutely incompetent in his diagnosis and referring options to me. Gave me some samples and told me they might work or might cause me to end up in the hospital again. I was told by their front desk that the phone system was moved over seas and that’s why I could not get in touch with the office for over a week and if I needed to talk to the doctor I would have to drive to the office to ask questions.

After almost 15 yrs of Dr's not hearing me..I casually expressed to Dr Zimmer my plight. Within 30 days I was scheduled to meet with Dr Heron. And soon was scheduled for surgery.It has been 1.5 yrs since and feel 20 ," down there" while being 75. NO pads, accidents ..IT WAS A GOD SEND. I highly recommend Dr Heron for this corrective surgery. Both Dr Heron and Dr Zimmer are on my prayer list. I am so incredibly thankful and feel so greatful for them.👍😍💯

Front desk people friendly and efficient. Victoria, i believe that was her name, was very hard to understand. I explained to her that i had my first
UTI after my appt last year. I also told her to please be gentle when applying the lidocaine. She did ok there but when the doctor needed her make an adjustment with my genital, she was so rough,
I jerked and moaned out loud. I do not want her next year!! Dr. Heron was great as usual.
