I was reordering a medication (Cosamin DS) for my knee pain, and was easily able to use the email from the previous order to make the same order. Another email had provided me a discount code, which I was happy to use. It arrived in less than a week, carefully packed to prevent breakage or loose pills. I'm a very satisfied customer!

Product is good at a very good price. The reason for deducting 2 stars is shipping and being able to track. The shipping was ridiculously long and couldn't get a read on when it would arrive until a few days before. Sorry to have to make that deduction but with the way other companies handle their shipping, it had to be done. This is meant to help, not hurt HerbsPro. I would order again but at least I know what to expect now.

Box is empty. I dont know what happened with that. Is that happen on costum or already Sent it empty. They dont even reply question. Herbspro May send it as empty box.

Placed order on 11/2 that was shown to be in stock. Emailed them on 11/7 since no correspondence from them and was told item would ship in 1-2 days. 11/12 got email saying sold out. Of
Course sold out when you take 10 days to full fill order. Piss poor, never will
Order again from them and would never recommend.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ONLINE STORE.
I’ve purchased some vitamins on October 25, it has not be shipped as for today. I’ve called their store and informed the vitamins are out of stock, which was never informed me before my call. I then asked the store to cancel my order, they attended said cancelation was done and that I would get an email in 48hrs. Surprise, no confirmation email was received. I’ve reached out by email and no answers so far, and probably lost my money.

Great trustworthy store. Prices are fair. Live in Canada and had no problem with receiving purchases. Shipping costs are fair and even with money exchange rate prices comparable to Canada. Have been able to get things you can’t always find here. Will be ordering again.
