I went in and they didn't have the product I wanted, and had seen it online. They totally took care of me, the guy found just as good of a deal , as I originally wanted, at the same price and THC Content. Disabled with brain cancer, I am So happy, and grateful to have found this store. Disability doesn't pay much. Being an upscale store I would have never guessed them to have reasonable priced products. They truly take care of everyone. Thank you Herb n Joy. Sincerely Michael

I was out here on vacation and was looking for a spot to get myself a little treat. I saw this store had great reviews and decided to go with it. I am SO glad that I chose to come here because of Katy alone. She answered ALL of my questions and I had plenty. She was very knowledgeable, patient, professional, and most importantly kind. I will be recommending this place to anyone who will listen due to her solely! You guys are EXTREMELY lucky to have an employee like her.

Very happy with the cleanliness of the facility as well as the respectful workers who are quick to help you with what you need. Only wish that they had some more product in stock more often but that's a small gripe. Overall very positive experiences at this shop and all of the workers here.

This place may have great pricing on products but the way the assistant manager treats their employees is super unprofessional!

This is someone speaking that has tons of experience in supervision and management. Upper management (Tiffany) did not care, they didn’t do an investigation or ask me any questions when I let them know how aggressive the tone and delivery I received from Susan Katherine (Katy) on my day of TRAINING.

Not only did I have a horrible experience with Katy but I also witnessed her, snapping her fingers calling an employee as if they were a dog.. who does this!? Who snaps fingers at employees

Not only that, but I personally witness and overheard her talking badly about her fellow managers to a new manager, and talking badly about previous employees who no longer work there… Who does this in front of their employees? Super unprofessional, that should have been a conversation for closed doors not for all employees to be hearing what goes on.

All I can say is, these are definitely some reasons why their employees are unhappy and want to start a union. I’m very content that they terminated me because I did not want to work in a hostile environment with awful management who can care less about their employees.
