I've never had a pharmacy be so kind, personable, attentive, timely or feel that they truly care as much as HEPPS does. I'll share that I have chronic conditions that makes daily life a challenge but having a great pharmacy & pharmacist (!!!) makes a world of difference. I had to move about an hour away but I still make the drive because they are more than worth it. Walgreens & CVS never kept my medications in stock or ordered them ahead of time so my refills were never available, even if I called ahead of time to reminds them, so I would go sometimes weeks without my medications. HEPPS is always on top of it and I never have to worry about it happening again. I really can't recommend them enough!

I actually like going to the pharmacy now.
After dealing with Walgreens and all the red tape involved in some meds I was on I finally found Hepps. It’s like my hometown drug store where I feel comfortable discussing problems or issues. Thats not even the best part. The pharmacist, Dr Asher, has been involved in my treatment for an issue I’ve had for years. Also, the staff is always so friendly it’s a reason I don’t mind visiting and enjoy a quick chat with everyone I’ve met.

Hepps Pharmacy is a special place that I'm glad to have found. They carry a specialty medication that is difficult to fill elsewhere. When I call to ask questions or refill a medication, there's never a hold time. They're always patient, kind, and anticipate my needs. When I pick up, I've never waited more than 5 minutes. I moved a little further away but with the drive there and back, it's still less time than waiting at the neighborhood chain store. I'd say that's worth the drive. You won't find any moody, underpaid workers here. No wait, no judgement. It's easy to see how much they really care. Oh and parking is a breeze!! Lol. Hope you give them at try!

Best pharmacy in the neighborhood! Dr. Asher and staff are knowledgeable, kind, and provide fast service. CVS was out of the medication I needed but HEPPS was able to fill my prescription within 2 hours. Would recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

The service and helpful staff alongside the knowledgeable pharmacist and his intern made my experience here wonderful. THIS IS THE BEST PHARMACY I EVER BEEN TOO. I have been to numerous pharmacies throughout CA, and this is by far the best. They have great customer service, professionalism, and a very accommodating staff. The place is very accessible with free validated parking and clean. Dr. Asher is a very good pharmacist, and also very caring for his patients. I plan to come here not only for my prescriptions, but also my family members'. This is one of if not the best pharmacies in Los Angeles. I have been to so many and honestly the knowledge of the staff and the speediness of their work is unequaled.
