We were referred by our deaf daughter who has a long term relationship with Hearing Life. From initial contact with Malika and then the office in Los Gatos with Lam. Intake and paperwork were accomplished in a timely manner and extremely professional filled with empathy, directions and outstanding customer care. Our appointment greatly exceeded our expectations. So friendly, inviting and thoroughly professional. All information, teaching of Hearing Aids, demonstration-with hands on experience, all diagnostic testing were administered with professional experience and care and all questions answered with a strategically chosen follow up. All of this process was with Ritchie, Audiologist and Hearing Care Provider. We feel heard and very well informed. Ritchie ensured we understood and our experience with him surpasses any other Audiologist we’ve associated with ourselves and our daughter. We did have other referrals but none compared to Hearing Life. Available, live person answers phone, follow up and we’re expecting the same throughout our care.

The care I received from Jacynda, Sammy and the rest of the team during my initial visit was superb. The knowledge and expertise demonstrated during the hearing test was significant. I have been coming to Hearing Life for years. The staff is always informative and helpful. I love that they take care of the customers past the usual time frame that some other hearing aid distributors do. My last pair of hearing aids lasted six years ( still going strong) never had an issues with batteries or accessories from Hearing Life.
