I love that they have a brick-and-mortar, though I'll admit I'm kind of embarrassed at ordering what's enough for 2 people off their keto menu 😅. I used to get their zoodle bowls on Doordash, and they were so yummy, so I was really glad to see this place, and I finally got to try their keto lemo cookies. Pretty good.

I just had the pleasure of enjoying the Keto Burger and Bun. From the first bite to the last it was DELICIOUS! I also went full piggy and got the Keto Lemon Poppy Seed Cupcake for dessert and let me tell ya I'm just blown away by the quality of the food from this establishment. Kudos Keto Bake & Bowl! Kudos!

I have been trying to find a great Keto restaurant for a while, and this is the best one yet. I absolutely love the burger, cauliflower, and red velvet cupcake. Great choice if you're trying to cut out carbs, or in general (I would put that burger against any other in its price range!).

Got the cauliflower pizza and YES it was amazing. I’ve been trying to eat Keto, I was craving pizza and this place came up, I decided to try it. No disappointment here!
I saw some people post about being upset that’s it’s not dine in, but I’d rather eat at home anyways. Great Keto food that doesn’t even taste Keto!

Excellent!!!! The zucchini pasta (I've had the shrimp Alfredo, and the pesto chicken) is delicious and doesn't leave you feeling awful afterwards. On the nights I don't want to cook, Keto Bake and Bowl has become my go to. I'm a few weeks into Keto, and I'm really happy I found this gem. The food keeps you feeling ... leveled. Instead of the ups and downs , bloat, and fatigue that brought me to the Keto diet in the first place. And please keep the lemon poppyseed cupcake on the menu - it's insanely good.
