As I put my sauna together, the quality and workmanship just shined. The ease in learning how to operate, and then put into my routine, was every bit as easy as the workmanship that you have put into this product. I bought a very lightly used sauna from a neighbor who inherited it. I really knew nothing about saunas. I was able to assemble it, and with a bit of troubleshooting make all the features function. I filled out the on-line technical service form. Leo, the HealthMate technical service specialist, called me, helped me diagnose the need for a new power cable, sent me several educational videos, and even pre-filled the order form for the cable. I can't say I have ever experienced a higher level of customer service. The quality of the sauna is exemplary as well. I have to give HealthMate 5 stars.

This sauna has been a game changer for me. When I bought this I had recently been diagnosed with chronic illness and this sauna has helped me in so many ways. Not only is it easy to use and comfortable to be in but it always makes an enjoyable experience. My favorite part is the chromeo therapy and the aromatherapy cup that I use with different essential oils for all types of things. I can’t stress enough how amazing and life changing health mate saunas are.

We have been using our sauna almost daily for 2 weeks. We feel extremely relaxed after our 20 minute session. Our sleep has been remarkably better. Adds an extra layer of healthiness after a workout.

Have had my HM sauna over 12 years and still love it. Recently had to replace an accessory and Leo in customer service was awesome - listened, helped problem solve and was friendly - sometimes hard to find that kind of service. Thank you Healthmate for the years of healthfulness and now helpfulness.
