I've been holding off leaving a review for this company for a while because I wanted to give them a chance. I've been a customer for about 6 years, buying their products monthly, generally at least $100/month (quite a bit of cash over 6 years). Unfortunately Hanah Life has gone downhill since I first started purchasing from them in 2019 - most recently with extremely poor customer service and a proclivity to nickel and dime the buyer. I was overcharged for shipping several times and had to contact the company for a refund. As a most recent example, yesterday, I was sent a coupon for my "loyalty". The coupon didn't work so I contacted customer service. The representative told me that I couldn't use the coupon because I had done so previously, complete with a screen shot as proof! (WTH - why did they send me the coupon in the first place - as a way to say thank you for your loyalty -- wait, no - JK!!?). I wasn't even offered an alternative discount; instead the company told me they were working on "future discounts". Apparently Hanah is not willing to sacrifice about $5/product for my years of support. I find this incredibly ironic because instead of brand loyalty, Hanah has now lost a long time customer (and gained a negative review). I cancelled all my subscriptions with them and have opted for Thorne who provides tangible monetary rewards for equal quality products.
