Seems like a nice place, cannot speak to the pharmacy experience. Have to be buzzed in to enter which.. I get. Needed something to eat quick, so popped in to grab something from their fridges. I understand that this is not a corner market but the price inflation on items is wild, $18 for 5 hot pockets is crazy LOL.

I can't say enough about the magnificent customer service I've received from this pharmacy! I've endured NIGHTMARISH treatment from other pharmacies, but since I've transferred my scripts to Grubbs SE, all my calls are handled quickly and professionally. The young people that work there are wonderful representatives of caring and dedicated young employees, it's always a pleasant experience when I have to call. I'd recommend them to anyone that's tired of big chain headaches. And they deliver!

This place is not like the Grubbs I dealt with for many years in Capital Hill they really need to do more I like a call to say hey were putting your Meds together but obviously they are too low staffed to do that so I had to pick up my Meds and take the bus so I transferred them closer to me

[edit 5/24] The owner/pharmacist called and heard my concerns. He seems to genuinely care about patients, and is committed to this area of town which is really important to me too. I plan to give Grubbs another chance — here’s hoping his staff follow his example and treat customers like people.

One star because I can’t give zero. The worst customer service, they take forever to refill prescriptions, I’m always placed on a “brief hold” for 5-10 minutes when I call (I often call back because I assume they’ve forgotten I’m on the line). Sometimes they get impatient with me because they’ve already filled something that I *didn’t ask them to* and it’s been waiting for pick-up. After 1.5 years of giving them a try I will no longer be using Grubbs for my prescription needs, which is disappointing since it’s the only local pharmacy in my area of town.

I have been going to GrubbPharmacy forever. There services are great just like the staff that works there. Have seen some leave and others come. I came to pick up my prescription today and it was ready as soon as I got there. I was greated by the owner Bill and the pharmacist Emma who are such pleasant and empathetic people. I truly feel this is my neighborhood pharmacy, it's also convenient so I'lll definitely return. The customer service is absolutely remarkable. Any questions or concerns I have are acknowledged and answered right away. I never feel rushed. I couldn't feel more safe and at home knowing my medical needs are handled with care.
