I made an appointment because the warranty on my hearing aids was close to expiring and I was notified that it would be a good idea to have them checked out… I was also given another hearing test to see if things had changed with my hearing loss.
The specialist did an outstanding job explaining everything to me and could not have been more pleasant…. A true gem to have someone be so kind and patient.

I came in for a damaged ear mold on my hearing aid. The damage required for it to be sent in for repairs. They fitted me immediately with a temporary replacement dome so I could continue to use the hearing aids. Very polite and professional service experience.
