Friendly, and kind people here. I love that they deliver that makes it convenient and easy. It's comforting know that i don't have to drive all the way from home (Merced, Ca) to pick it up (Livingston, Ca) every month

It's a miracle this place hasn't shut down with all the terrible service they have late deliveries,forgetting meds, miscommunication telling customer being told meds are ready when it comes to pick up there's no meds ready. The list of complains goes on and on. If there was half a star I would give them one they don't even deserve a one star rating.!

This place is terrible. I have used the delivery service for the past year and they always “forget” to deliver. I end up having to call them several times then my doctors office to verify I have refills.

I called and spoke with the manager and she was very rude and hung up on me.

Don’t use this place. The customer service is awful and they are too busy laughing/playing around in the back of phone calls to be of any help.

JASMINE WAS EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE. I PUT IN AN ORDER FOR MY MOMS INCONTINENCE PADS ON THURSDAY MORNING. THEY SAID THEY'D CALL ME BACK AND NEVER DID. SO I CALLED THE FOLLOWING TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY. ON WEDNESDAY I WAS TOLD THEY WEREN'T FILLING ORDERS FOR WHAT I NEEDED AND HAVEN'T DONE SO IN A WHILE. IDK WHY NO ONE SAID ANYTHING WHEN I INITIALLY CALLED LAST WEEK. WORST PEOPLE I'VE DEALT WITH EVER. TRULY UNKNOWLEDGEABLE EMPLOYEES.
