This is absolutely the worst doctor I have ever been to. I was told my appointment was the first of the day and the doctor would be in late, but he would attend me first if I’d be willing to come in a little later. I counted 11 patients called in before me, then after being given a room he proceeded to do his tele health calls before seeing me. After a 3 hour wait he finally came in the room and rushed through my appointment. He did not exam me, yet wrote notes in my chart as if he did a thorough examination. He was rude and in a hurry to get me out the door.

I love this office and their staff.
Especially Kelly at the front desk. She’s so polite, always happy and smiling. She’s very helpful with insurance and scheduling same day appts. She seems very well at time management and greets every person waiting in the waiting room, i see it as I’m sitting there. Great office and staff but Kelly always goes above and beyond. Appreciate her.

i love this place so much! Kelly Bell made it a wonderful experience for me. she has great mannerism and always had a smile on her face. She also made it easy to talk on the phone with her, she is so very helpful. i recommend this clinic.

Kelly Bell is a perfect front desk woman. She always goes over the top for her patients and prospective patients. She treats everyone loving, equal and always with a smile. She’s truly an asset to any company she works for. As a patient I always tell her, make sure you’re here next time I come In, Otherwise I won’t be back. Her patients love her. I’m not the only one who thinks this, we all do. Because her smile and her beauty is always refreshing when I come to the doctor for good or bad news. Just came for the first time. My experience was great with all of the staff, but Kelly at the front desk was the most helpful and really stood out! She really has the best customer service. Can’t wait to return to this office again!

Dr Gautam is such an amazing doctor. I not only felt comfortable but he is very attentive. But HIS STAFF will make you feel like a family member and I love that being a new resident to the Barstow. Big shout out to Kelly, during a hard time for me she really brought up my spirits so KUDOS TO THIS WOMAN DOC SHES GREAT!
