We are so happy and pleased to Galt Pharmacy. We contacted different pharmacy and didn’t get a help. This pharmacy has an amazing team. They solve our problem in getting our insurance to get approved. We are supposed to pay out of the pocket for a thousand. Galt pharmacy was able to have it covered thru our clients insurance.

Even if this is the closest pharmacy within your network, DO NOT DESIGNATE THIS PHARMACY to pick up your prescription. The physical location’s door is locked even through their posted hours, and if you call, you may be informed that you cannot pick up your prescription based on the fact that you are not a long term care resident. According to the receptionist, they only serve long term care facilities or deliveries.

It’s crazy on Galt Pharmacy’s part that I cannot find this information anywhere online or through my insurance. Sure, their website’s Services section lists long term care facilities and deliveries, but it seems implied that these supplement regular pharmacy services rather than replace them. If you are not open to the public, then SAY SO, somewhere, ANYWHERE. When you call for clarification, they act like they’ve never experienced a customer with these concerns before. None of this information is clearly presented online, but I was made to feel stupid when I called for clarification, as if new customers should just know this information. Absolutely wild.

Upon calling back, they were able to request a manager call-back to get approval to fill my prescription since it had already been sent there. However, that approval has not happened yet and I doubt it’s guaranteed.

Update 48 hours later: they definitely never called back. I had to ask my doctor to resend my prescription to a different pharmacy, so I’ll be missing at least 2 days worth of medication. I had planned on deleting this review based on how silly this situation made me feel, particularly if they were able to fill my prescription somehow, but they actually didn’t even try.

Pharmacists rude and sexist... only hires woman. Over works and under pays. Illegally fills scripts at other pharmacies and ships to galt just to put galts lable over real dispensing pharmacy. If your a facility only wanting to try 1 resident they will bash and refuse service due to not obtaining every resident. Inconveniencing you after obtaining the transfer of your meds. Pick anyother pharmacy over this one.
