The management and CEO of the Peaks Care Center in Longmont Colorado is an extension of Frontline Management and I can tell you the company is a sham. At The Peaks Care Center the higher ups can't keep employees but can neglect and abuse their patients. The higher ups ask for payments months in advance but the CEO can go on vacation 4 times before the year is over although their understaffed and rely on Staffing Agencies. If you're wise never put your loved one in the care of The Peaks Care Center or Frontline Management as they are both con artists taking advantage of the elderly and refuse to do what needs to be done to keep good workers.

Over all before you admit your loved one in said facility. Require that you are allowed to see the whole facility.
Sad that people that are supposed to take care of our loved ones are taking advantage of them instead.

Not impressed at all. I did not go looking for this business but Google asked me to review them. So I will be honest with my opinion. I do not think it is ethical to make profit off of the elderly through assisted living and the related. I also do not think that they teach leaders how to develop people but instead use a punitive model that causes a hostile work environment. Certainly, they have no clue about what it means to view the worker as a whole person. Instead people are dispensable within a larger scope of usery.

I had the worst experience of my life in Easley Place!! They lied to me and my family. The lack of care I received was not what you could even call care! It was run so badly! I could go on and on about the terrible care, so terrible in fact my family had me transferred by ambulance to Oconee Hospital! When I arrived I was diagnosed with pneumonia!! I will never have a good thing to say about this facility! Then to top it all they told me, my husband and my sister who ran a assisted living facility for years my insurance had paid everything! Then I received a bill that I should never have gotten!! Please don’t ever put a loved one in this hell hole!! Easley Place Easley SC

This Company is one of the best positions I have ever held . I am proud to be a part of Frontline Management . We have good ethical people here that truly care , we work together as a team and it is built by trust and ethics . Efforts go unnoticed as well.

You should be ashamed of how you treat the elderly! You did nothing but turn an amazing facility into a dump and charge an arm and leg while doing it! I hope and pray you have to suffer the same fate that you have been more than willing to dish out! You do not deserve to take care of the elderly! They should be protected and cared for but instead you have ruined many of their lives!

Not only am I a employee of Frontline but I have also had 3 family members live at our facility. I love the family feeling of our company. Our Residents are not just our Residents they are Our Family.
