Spent $80 dollars on 2 jars of sea moss, and waited a week to get the package, only to receive one. I called and they said I have to wait ANOTHER week, just to receive the second jar. I’m so disappointed. I really spoke highly of this place and the quality of sea moss and customer service. Smh I live in socal so it’s not like I can just drive up there to get my second jar. I am TRULY disappointed.

I used to go to their store in Benicia, that location closed, so now I'm going to the Berkeley store. It's hard to find parking, ONLY meters, NO free parking.

Lovely place and staff with the highest quality seamoss I could find. They even use kangen water to make their moss gel. This moss is part of the foundation of my wellness! No other place like Freshly Rooted Tribe
