It was an unexpected pleasure to meet the pharmacist who went well out of his way to help me find a compatible generic medication when my usual wasn’t available. He was helpful, friendly and forthright. Thank you! Also, the pharmacy floor is a remarkable gift store full of chimes, jewelry, crystals, books…you name it!

I do not have an experience yet. But I have two friends that have gone there and recommended this pharmacy for me. I have just been so disappointed with CVS for 20 years that I need a personal touch or at least somebody that cares. I just can’t wait to deal with somebody that cares and after reading these reviews makes me feel better. I have an appointment on Thursday. It’s hard to find a small time pharmacy in California. If what everybody says is true… I think maybe I have! I certainly hope so. I think the people at Rite Aid, Walgreens and CVS are overworked and become numb to the feelings of those who want or need a personal touch from their pharmacist. I will have to drive two more miles than I would normally to CVS but I’m also looking forward to it. Can you imagine actually getting to talk to your pharmacist?

Please read the reviews. It sounds like Mark is not only a professional but also personal. I’m looking forward to seeing a pharmacist and having some of my questions answered for a change. I also noticed that when I called…the phone gets picked up! BY the Pharmacist!!! I didn’t have to wait on hold at all and I talked to the pharmacist directly!

All of these things are unique and different to me . A friend recommended them to me. That’s the best referral there is.

The people are very nice and helpful. They have great clothes,specialty items and toys for Vacationing people and kids too.Your everything store when going to hang out at the river or beach and didn't bring anything along and then some… I go there for the wonderful service at the pharmacy most of all. Art and jewelry are the best there too.

The owners are there best! I wouldn't go ANYWHERE ELSE!!
Customer service is beyond fantastic..they always are happy and greet me with a smile and call me my name...you just can't find better service. I drive from Santa Rosa. It's worth my time and the distance.

Best shopping in Forestville, our gift shop and bookstore and jewelry shop and card & stationary & toy & clothes & good stuff store as well as excellent full service pharmacy. All sorts of helpful things for relaxing on the river or in your yard too.

I lived in Forestville for 25 years. Forestville Pharmacy was always my go to for all my needs. Now living in Palm Springs Eileen and Mark are still my go to Pharmacy.
They mail my all my prescriptions to me with never a " HIck Up"
