I can honestly say I have finally found a place that I enjoy going where I have been able to see awesome results! Not only do I have a spinal cord injury but I also went through breast cancer treatment about two years ago. I initially went to Underground Fitness in January of 2016 to receive nutritional IVs from Rori to help recover from chemo. While there, I met Seth who assured me that he could work with me to help me regain my strength as well. He has come up with some crazy exercises that I can do and he was not afraid to modify equipment so that it was easier for me to use. When I was ready for it he also provided nutritional training and I have been able to lose 37 pounds while regaining strength and muscle!! Seth, Will and Rori all help keep me motivated and healthy and I am very grateful!!

Love this gym and the trainers! They create you a customized nutrition plan and make sure your workouts are customized to your needs and abilities yet challenging! They geniunly care about their clients and helping them reach their goals. So happy I found this gym! Also shout out to my trainer, Trisha! She's awesome!

In short, I can say that Underground Fitness has phenomenal team of personal trainers. They strive on helping others at accomplishing goals that once seemed out of reach. They want nothing more than to help you succeed. They obliterate what is the stereotypical trainer. They are welcoming, kind, approachable, motivating, and above all else knowledgeable! They are experts in their fields!

Personally, I'm far from the typical client. I have had a terrible back injury, adrenal failure (twice), insulin issues, and massive hormone issues due to even more trauma I have been through. All at the age of 20 years old! Most trainers would have no idea how to handle me, but Will Kenosha stepped up to the plate! He is my personal trainer, and I am thankful for it! I have seen so many results, even with my body how it is. He encourages me to move forward, believe in myself, he lifts me up when I feel low, and is most importantly motivating! When you have great trainers like these, they attract a fantastic clientele. Classes here are filled with an uplifting, open minded people who are all there for the same reason- to live an active lifestyle.

All they ask you to do is put your time in, and when you do, you will see how every penny of your investment pays off! All in all, Underground Fitness provides extreme value to all of those who desire to change their lives for the better!
