Don’t even get me started with this doctors office, rude workers that gave attitude the whole time. Was in there for more than an hour just to do jumping jacks and get a paper.

I wish I could give this place a negative star rating. Literally would never ever bring my loved ones here. Sadly my sister got appointed to this place for her 3 kids and it’s always been hell coming here. Waiting 2+ hours just to be seen. She has 3 kids under 5. Imagine that in 1 tiny room with no type of AC. This place smells so bad you can tell there’s no air circulation. The staff here is horrible, they are soooo rude.( except for 1 nurse I wish I got her name) I’m making sure my loved never come here again. This place should be shut down!

I have been going here for years and usually have had no problems. But for the past couple months, phone nurses have been rude and my issue is not being really attended to. I tried to get an appointment today, I called and they told me to come in, I got there signed in and waited 30min they called me and said I didn't have an appointment, then told me my kids and I could not be seen because we were see last week, and they were unable to see us.

My girls and i have been patient’s for over 8 yrs and lately they have been dropping the ball! Checked in for my daughter’s physicals at 2:20, appt was @2:30, sat in my car for 30+ minutes, when i walked in, the asst said she was about to call me, then put me and my 3 daughters in a small hot room only to given paper work, which could of been given to me when i checked in! Its 3:42 and a dr is yet to come in and start these physicals, definitely going to be looking for a new doctor!! This is ridiculous!!!

I could NOT be more disappointed... I am new to the area and called and made an appointment specifically for mole removal and my daughters vacinations. I paid $120/cash because they dont accept cards then was weighed etc... Then taken into the room to be informed that they dont do cosmetic procedures and to make sure nothing irritated my moles.

As far as my daughters vacs, they said they needed her shot records which any other doctor office in the past has just had pur doctor back home fax them at the beginning of our appt. Well, they decided to see her for her ingrown toenail. The doctor literally DID NOT touch her toe and "I can give her an antibiotic and you need to take her to a podiatrist"... I refused the antibiotic.

When I asked for a refund, I was told I technically had service... Though no where near the service, I was made to believe on the phone... I should have known better on arrival... This is a small, shabby looking office... I guess they support it on stealing CASH(which they tell you to go to Wells Fargo next dooe to get) from would patients... Now I know why it was so easy to get two appointments and very few people were in the office.

Went in last Thursday am 17 May. I'm from out of town working. During a routine dot physical blood was found in my urine 2 weeks prior. Had 2 days off, wanted to see if we could get it figured out. Gave them a sample, the nurse practitioner said they would send out to lab, results in 3 business days. Thursday am the 24th of May. Called the office "No results yet, I'll check the incoming and call you back". Afternoon comes no call, so I called back. Spoke to another person who informs me from the notes in my file "was not enough of a sample to send out, they should've called you on Thursday evening to come back". Now I'm away in a different city,(work for a traveling company) no way to return for another sample. Now, after wasting my time and money will have to take a week or more off to fly home to Florida to get this checked out by my PCP. I'm not mad about flying home, I'm mad no one saw the sample given wasn't enough in the office, nor when it was suppose to be sent out etc . No calls, emails nothing.

The doctors office is only interested in over charging their patients. They are so far behind times in all areas. They only take cash or ✔ checks. After sitting outside for an hour I was told this! I won't return nor recommend them to anyone. Poor form and absolutely no respect for the patients
