I went to the clinic for a dental cleaning, I am already a customer of theirs for other doctors such as the ophthalmologist and the general practitioner, this morning I had an appointment at 10.30 they let me in at 11 and they only did half a cleaning on the right side of my head for the left side they put me on the waiting list because they have no places... I have never seen in my life a dentist who does half the job for you and then sends you home telling you to make another appointment to finish it, while the girl worked they were talking about where they wanted to go to eat as soon as I finished my half job... unacceptable especially for a dental cleaning, having had dental braces and in all the years where I have been looked after by dentists they have never let me go home like this

First time patient I love my first experience it went really fast. When I got my lab work done they ladies were very helpful with my 1 yr old. I'm glad I switched to this clinic

Came for appointment was 5 minutes late and they said have zero policy for even 1 minute late and I was never told about this policy. That might be something worth mentioning to the patients. You would think they would have some type grace period considering it’s a pediatrician appointment.

Called ahead and was told to go in before 10am for a walk in provider for a shoulder injury, went in and was sent home because they “couldn’t see me” until 2:45 pm, wasted gas for no reason and wasn’t even checked out. Was told to wait until a cancellation happened as if I don’t have other errands to run.

I had an appointment today at 3:45 pm and I arrived at 3:48pm. There was a man in front of me and the receptionist didn’t attend me until 3:50 pm. The receptionist said that the doctor would not be able to see me after all because I was “late.” Keep in mind all my other appointments I always get to the clinic on time and they make me wait at least 30-40 minutes from my scheduled appointment until I’m actually seen by a doctor. Horrible clinic and “company policies” that only apply to the doctors convenience. I will not return to this location.
